Application under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 DC/25/05605 dated 13/02/2026 - - Erection of a single-storey, flat-roof extension, construction of a two bay garage to the side of the existing dwelling, Internal alterations to partitions and doors and external alterations of re-painting the render and windows, over cladding the rear wing of the building, replacing damaged window frames, and upgrading the glazing to slimline double glazing, and Widening the driveway entrance from the highway. To vary Condtion 2 (Approved Plans/Documents) and to remove Condition 4 (Fenestration) -to allow Condition 2 to be varied substituting the approved drawings with updated drawings reflecting the minor amendments. Condition 4 to not re-imposed, as fenestration details have now been provided.
