Application for Listed Building Consent - Works include removing around 16m2 of existing render and damaged laths carrying out minor framework repairs and installing 100mm sheeps wool insulation. New larch laths will be fixed with required counter battens, along with discreet lead dressing to the plinth and oak beading to corners. The area will then be finished with two coats of Fibre Chalk render, trowelled smooth to 20mm
