Application for a Non-Material Amendment relating to DC/23/04330 - Amendments to the parking layout, removing the cartlodge from use as car parking. Two bays of the cartlodge will be fitted with doors to create a secure cycle store.- Alteration to the rear retaining wall.- Adjustment to the position of the front brick garden wall to accommodate the revised parking layout.- Revisions to the site plan and levels to reflect the updated parking arrangements and changes to the retaining wall.- Internal alterations, to include the addition of a cupboard beneath the staircase and modifications to the staircase design to suit the amended proposed first-floor height.- Changes to the fenestration, reducing the height of the first-floor front windows.
