Application for Non-Material Amendment relating to DC/23/02118 - Variation to condition 8 of the consent to read: 'Prior to the development hereby permitted coming into beneficial use, a competent person shall have ensured that the rating level of noise emitted from all mechanical equipment and inverter sets on site, when running at full capacity does not exceed the sound levels predicted at facades of noise-sensitive premises within the Sol Acoustics Noise Impact Assessment report: dated July 2025. The assessment shall have been made in accordance with the current version of British Standard 4142 and confirmation of the findings of the assessment shall have been submitted to the Local Planning Authority and agreed prior to the condition being discharged.'
