Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a Proposed Use or Development. Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended)-Proposed works include two Velux-style rooflights to rear flat roofs, replacement of rear windows and doors with glazed double doors, and replacement of the rear plastic roof with glass.
