Application for Non-Material Amendment relating to DC/21/00060 - Vary Condition 13 of the consent, which reads 'No development shall commence until details of the strategy for the disposal of surface water on the site have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The strategy shall include details of the implementation, maintenance, and management surface water drainage systems on the site. The strategy shall be implemented and thereafter managed and maintained in accordance with the approved details.' This would be varied to 'Within 3 calendar months of the date of commencement details of the strategy for the disposal of surface water on the site will have been submitted in writing to the local planning authority for approval.The strategy shall include details of the implementation, maintenance, and management surface water drainage systems on the site and the timing and phasing of delivery of these elements.
