Application for the Modification of a Section 106 Planning Obligation - Variation of S106 legal agreement dated 22nd January 2019 relating to DC/17/05204 - To Amend the Mortgagee in Possession Clause to ensure the affordable housing units can be charged at MVST; Remove the requirement for the shared ownership units to be subject to a Nominations Agreement; Amend the initial purchase that can be purchased on shared ownership units to 10-75% of the open market value (as opposed to 25-75%); Remove any obligations which may preclude the use of grant funding from being applied.
