Description

Application for Listed Building Consent. Removal of plaster/ repair of lathes on front elevation. Replace with traditional lime plaster. Repair to sole plate on north east end with both brick and oak (green). Internal repairs on other side. Traditional lime plaster to be used. For insulation - Isolena 100% wool with ionic treatment. Finish with a lime wash to match the other walls. Retention of temporary infill repair to the blown plaster areas.
