Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a Proposed Use or Development Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) - Replacement of door and windows. The proposed windows will be comparable to ones being replaced in so far as they will be uPVC and white in colour. The intended variation consists in changes to openings on those windows (some as required by fire regulations). A change of front door would replace an existing door with a new door made of composite material, of the same colour (white) as the original. A side glass panel would be replaced with a comparable side panel.
