Application for a Non-material Amendment relating to DC/21/01220 - The design plans for the following plots numbers have been handed (flipped): 67, 69, 80, 149 and 150, 179 and 180. Plot 21 is to have a section of retaining wall at a different level. 2 no. trees have been relocated from outside of Plots 135 and 148 to opposite Plot 157. The courtyards for Plots 42-45 are now entirely paved courtyards with the grass areas removed. The turning area outside of Plot 50 has been widened.
