Application for Listed Building Consent - Removal of 3No side windows along the existing entrance courtyard and make into door openings. Replace existing paving slabs and install new across the whole entrance courtyard to form a new outside seating area. Removal of existing headstones and reposition these on the wall of the existing hall wall. Remove the kitchen wall facing onto the road and rebuild 1.5m closer to the road. Extend flat roof above the kitchen up to the new front kitchen wall. Remove entrance gate and surround and replace with a new steel gate and entrance wall.
