Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a Proposed Use or Development. Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) - The land in the rear garden will have the 'caravan' sited on it. The 'caravan' will be assembled by hand using domestic DIY tools. We would like a certificate of lawful development for a 'caravan' (a transportable wooden building that complies with The Caravan Act measuring 8.2m x 6.2m with an internal ceiling height less than 3.05m ) in the garden of our wholly-owned house please.This will be for the use of family members, including to stay in. The 'caravan' will not be separately metered and will rely on services (electricity, water and waste) from the main house.The 'caravan' will be sited in the rear garden of the main house as shown in the attached plan. It will not require the construction of any associated hard-standing, enclosure or creation of any new street access. It will not create a separate dwelling house.
