Description

Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a Proposed Use or Development. Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) - Replace existing south facing timber framed and glazed gable due to poor condition allowing water ingress with new rear gable, to include large first floor window, hidden ventilation areas and large ground floor sliding doors. Gable and adjacent side reveals to be timber clad. Provide new sliding doors at ground floor level, leading to existing patio area level. Extend roof overhang to rear gable to create shading for glazing and patio / terrace area. Removed existing French Doors from kitchen to patio area and replace with window to match other in that area of the dwelling. Remove existing turret / cupola from original Old Chapel roof.
