Application to Determine if Prior Approval is Required for a Proposed Larger Home Extension. Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A - To remove an existing conservatory and replace with a single storey pitched roof extension, with materials to match the existing rear extension and main property closely. The existing single storey extension projects approximately 2.5m from the original rear wall of the property, with a conservatory of 2.5m to the rear of the existing extension. Our proposal is to replace this conservatory with a more permanent structure which extends the same distance from the rear wall as the current conservatory.
