Application for a Non Material Amendment relating to DC/22/01292 - Changes to external materials and door/window amendments. The changes are as follows:1. Roof material from red clay pantiles to concrete pantiles - Redland Fenland pantile in Farmhouse Red; 2. Cladding to Plant Rooms and Garages from timber to Hardie plank; 3. Green painted timber windows and doors to white uPVC windows and aluminium clad bifold doors; 4. Green painted timber bargeboards, fascias and finials changed to white uPVC; 5. Grey rainwater goods changed to white; 6. Changes to window and doors in living room - French doors changed to bi-folds and swapped with window in rear elevation; 7.
