Application for the Modification of a Section 106 Planning Obligation - Variation of S106 legal agreement dated 18/6/2019 relating to DC/17/05423, DC/21/01930 and APP/W3520/W/18/3209219 - To insert a Mortgagee in Possession clause to ensure the units can be charged at MVST, to exclude liability from individual purchasers and their mortgagees, the RP and RP Mortgagee in respect of the non-affordable housing obligations and to exclude liability from tenants who have exercised a preserved right to buy in respect of the affordable housing provisions.
