Application for a Non-Material amendment relating to B/15/00263 - Correct the wording of timing requirement for discharge of conditions 31 & 48 (Flood Risk Asset Register).Condition 31:Current Wording: No development hereby permitted shall be occupied until the flood risk asset register template hasbeen submitted in the required form, to and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority.Proposed Wording: Within 28 days of practical completion of the last dwelling or unit, the flood risk asset registertemplate must be submitted in the required form, to and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority.Condition 48:Current Wording: No development hereby permitted shall be occupied or first brought into use until the flood riskasset register template has been submitted, in the required form, to and approved in writing by the Local PlanningAuthority.Proposed Wording: Within 28 days of practical completion of the last dwelling or unit, the flood risk asset registertemplate must be submitted, in the required form, to and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority.
