Listed Building Consent - Removal of existing flat roof to single storey rear ranges, replacement with traditionally detailed lead flat roofs behind parapet wall, with a flush rooflight to the north wing range, and a combination of internal downpipes and external outlets with hoppers and downpipes. Widen opening and replacement of doors and fenestration to boot room including relocation of existing windows. Relocation of WC to create a continuous hallway the length of the north wing, allowing the creation of a formal back door. Widening opening between the breakfast room and north wing hallway. Insertion of enlarged and new window to the north wing hallway. Create an opening between the breakfast room and pump room to create space internally, provide a new enlarged external door to pump room. Retrospective consent for the creation of two openings between the kitchen and breakfast room and for the creation of a new opening in existing partition and creation of a new partition to convert a bathroom to an en-suite and dressing room.
