Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a Proposed use or development - Replacement of timber, single glazed windows with thermally efficient modern, secure uPVC alternatives of a similar style (Rehau brand) within a Conservation Area. None of the windows to be replaced are visible from a public highway. In any case, sympathetic 'like-for-like' hardware and finishes to be used including features such as leading, wood-grain effect, monkey tails, mechanical butt-joints within the flush-casement design. Internally, framing and architrave will be removed and reinstated so as preserving the visibility of jambs and cills - the overall look to be preserved both inside and out.
