Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a Existing use or development - The existing property comprises of an established driveway off the main A134. To the south west of the driveway is a small fenced paddock. To the north east of the driveway is another small fenced paddock with a shed at one end. At the end of the driveway there is a yard containing workshops.The building on the left is a car repair workshop of about 30 sq meters, which was erected by myself in the late 1980's and has been used for car repairs, and more recently a wood-workshop. This is the building (outlined in red on the plan) for which I require the certificate of lawfulness.
