Description
T3 Beech - Reduce the height and spread of the tree by up to 2 metres. Crown lift over driveways to achieve a minimum clearance of 4.5 metres. T4 Beech - Reduce the height by up to 2 meters and spread of the tree by up to 1.5 metres. Crown lift over driveways to achieve a minimum clearance of 4.5 metres.G5 Beech x3 - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 1.5 metre. Crown lift over the road to achieve a minimum clearance of 5.25 metres. The group of trees is situated along the boundary between two properties, No. 53 and No. 55. Tree T3, the largest and closest to the properties, has become overbearing and is significantly impacting light levels and space. The owners are therefore requesting a sensitive reduction to improve both light penetration and usable space.Additionally, T4 has a tight union, warranting remedial work to address structural concerns. Group G5 consists of three trees, some of which display tight unions and low reactionary growth. If left unmanaged, these could present a risk to the adjacent road. The objective of the proposed works is to manage the trees in a manner that addresses the identified structural and spatial issues while preserving their aesthetic value. The reductions will treat the individual crowns as a combined canopy to maintain a cohesive appearance from the roadside.
