Description

T1 Horse Chestnut - Reduce the height and spread of the tree by up to 2 metres, all cuts will be made just outside the previous pruning points.The tree has historically been managed through pruning, and the current regrowth has now reached a stage where further intervention is necessary. Undertaking the works at this time will ensure cuts are made before the regrowth becomes too large, which would otherwise result in poor arboricultural practice. In addition, these works will help maintain the tree at a size appropriate for its location and ensure its ongoing management remains consistent with past practices.
