Description

Silver Birch on land at 15 Winterton Drive - TPO1996-19. The tree is healthy but is in need of a crown lift to enable it to sufficiently clear the roof of the shed owned by 11 Winterton Drive (which is directly under the crown of the tree). The trunk of the tree is about 1.5m from the shed and is closer to the boundary fence. The crown lift would also mean the tree did not interfere with the boundary fence between 11 and 15 Winterton Drive. Ideally we would like the crown lifted to ensure it clears the shed roof (and hence the boundary fence) by 2m if that were deemed acceptable.
