Client wishes to improve form and contain.Recommendation: Reduce by 2m all aroundT4 - Horse ChestnutObservation: Large Horse Chestnut located by stream & over highway - lots of deadwood, multiple failed limbs hung up, multiple large cavities at source of limbs over footpath. Large limb has fallen down 22.06.25.Recommendation: To remove dead & failed limbs, reduce height of tree by 2m & 3-4m of lateral growth to reduce weight in large lateral limbs. Works are required to maintain safety of this tree and reduce risk of further limb failure
