Description

A large Horse Chestnut tree that the branches are spreading out and starting to swallow up the communal garden. The underneath of the tree is bare dirt that is widening onto the communal garden as it is so dark under the branches. There are a few branches that need cutting back growing out onto the cecil's yard land. The river side will remain untouched. Proposed work is to cut back the branches to allow more light.Lateral crown reduction of 2m with no reduction in height and a crown lift up to 3.5m.
