Description
T11, T12, T13, T14, T15, T16LimesObservations:The trees at this location provide good amenity and environmental benefits. However, the trees are causing a issue with the residents and visitors who are complaining about the lack of maintenance. The trees are located at Friary Court, Aylesbury, Rickfords Hill, HP20 2FU- and the trees are owned but the estate agent Foster Kemp and their directors (of which details have been provided)My client urgently needs to get the work completed, the trees are growing on the walk way called Friarage Passage and are causing safety issues. The trees are in urgent need of some maintenance to ensure all pedestrians can use the path.Recommendations:Crown reduction to measurement all for the limes is:1.5m - 2.0mApart from the smallest specimen (T11 and T12) which will be:0.5m- 0.75m.6 x limes to also remove epicormic growth to give PRoW clearance. The tree are growing on to the walk way called Friarage Passage which is causing issues to the safe use of the passage. There are two less mature lime trees in the row - which require a smaller reduction. Less than 10-20% reduction. The map submitted is marked but not clear enough to see which T numbers the trees are. Therefore, please see if the records your side are clearer.
