Description

Willow x1 - dismantle down to ground level. (Causing subsidence)Significant movement has occurred to the walls and floors in the rear extension resulting in cracking to brickwork, changes in floor level and out of square door and window frames. We are of the opinion that this movement is caused by the close proximity of a willow tree within a courtyard and mature poplar trees on council land close to the rear wall. The ground conditions on the site are known to be clay and we are of the opinion that the cause of the movement is the above trees causing ground movements under the strip foundations.
