Believed to be common bladdernut tree. Want to complete crown thinning by about 10% to remove criss cross branches and allow more light in, and crown reduction by approximately 1m to tackle overhanging branches into elderly neighbours garden, to help reduce leaf fall that can cause them to slip while maintaining even shape and as little trimming as possible. No crown lifting needed. There is ivy growing around the tree also that is periodically trimmed back (not the tree just the ivy). Believe it has been pruned before (not in our tenancy) due to dead branches.
