Ash tree on the land of 2 The Spinney as identified in the plans provided. It has been confirmed previously by the council that the tree has ash die back. It is a poor quality tree, with low amenity value. I have been given advice that the tree should be dismantled to ground level as part of a pragmatic approach due to the costs involved with managing its eventual removal due to ash dieback - it would likely be that cranes would need to be involved to remove the tree.
