T1 Common Horse ChestnutObservation: This tree has outgrown its position and is now beginning to negatively impact the surrounding environment. Tree is lifting tarmac, causing a retaining wall to become cracked and disturbed. Causing paved steps to be uneven and disturbance to drains situated 1m on East side. There are exudates at 3m on North side of the stem from historical damage and at 2m on South side with bleeding cancer also seen.Recommendation: Fell to ground level
