For tree location please see TPO Map and Google Maps file attachments.Reason for work: The tree is excessively large for a garden plot which results in shading to the gardens of No 9 Arnold Close, No 10 Arnold Close and 115 Wendover Road.Background: This application follows on from a previous application and works completed 2020. The works completed in 2020 were not done to the full extent of the permission granted as the Tree Surgeon advised the reduction should be completed in phases. This remaining work pertains mainly to the reduction in height to the level requested in 2020.We would like to reduce the overall height of the tree by 2-3 Metres from where it was previously pruned, so an overall reduction of between 3 to 4.5 metres from the tip of the crown as it stands. This reduction is mainly focussed on the top of the crown rather than the sides.
