Description

A separate application for pruning (Reference: PP-13410484) has been accepted, but after further conversations with an arborist would like to remove two trees. These works, therefore, include:Removal of T3 (Cypressus)Removal of T4 (Cypressus)The trees are in relatively poor condition, have not been well maintained in the past, and pruned in a way that makes reshaping difficult. The trees in question also have low/no amenity value.Upon removal of T3 and T4 we will replace them with alternative trees or shrubs that ensure privacy from/to our neighbours.Note: all work to be carried out by a professional arborist.
