Description

The tree is a non-native leylandii that is too close to the house and has caused an issue with damp in one of the bedrooms and the dining room. The tree is touching the house and blocks the light from the bedroom and the dining room of the property. As demonstrated in photograph 1 the tree has sections that are dead where it has not been managed. The roots of the tree are likely to affect the footings of the property. Given the challenges identified above there is no remedial work appropriate and therefore the request is for a tree surgeon to fell the tree.
