Description

1. To fell a cedar tree that was planted as a sapling by the previous owner to replace a dead ornamental tree. The tree has been planted in a raised flower bed outside the property. The tree is now approx. 5m tall and is a danger to the property given its close proximity and that it has still not reached its full height. The proposal is to fell this tree and replace it with a more appropriate ornamental tree (eg olive tree).2. To remove a branch from a Lime tree that is pulling the overhead telephone cables out of line.3. To fell the small horse chestnut tree that has self seeded next to the fence of the property, to allow the fence to be replaced with a brick wall or hedging.
