T1 sycamore (TPO) and S2-6 sycamores all require pollarding to 6m as previously undertaken with AVDC permission in Spring 2021.See MF24001 for plan of these trees within the curtilage and conservation area adjacent to Worlds End Lane HP22 5SB.The T1 sycamore is diseased due to storm damage (before we bought the house) and was inspected by the tree officer in 2021. It grows weakly compared to the other 5 sycamores. Since being pollarded all 6 of these trees have re-grown weakly attached shoots over 4m in length, and there is risk of these breaking off and landing on pedestrians, in the road or on service cables nearby. it is not believed that the diseased tree is at risk at this time due to the high likelihood that the disease is compartmentalised from the healthier areas.Works will also clear the trees/foliage away from the house.
