Description

The Pussy Willow in the right hand corner of the property right next to the Recreation Ground has suffered from the recent severe weather.One of the branches, which is protruding into the recreation ground has become too heavy and is in danger of splitting from the tree. Permission was sought through email to the Trees Department to remove the branch before it caused further damage to the tree or caused damage to persons or propertyA 5 day notice was granted by Neil Pasmore, Arboricultural Inspector, to remove the branch by taking it back to the main stem.This work was successfully carried out on the afternoon of 11th July 2024, with no further damage to the tree or property.
