Description

The tree in question is a large, mature cedar belonging to our neighbours at No 4 The Glebe, located between their house and our house at No 5 The Glebe, Stone, Buckinghamshire HP17 8RH. The application is a repeat of an application that was made (and for which permission was granted) in March 2017 (Ref: 17/00949/ATP) to perform some minor branch reduction work, as some branch extremities are very close to, and under windy conditions impacting on, our chimney stack and TV aerial. As per the 2017 application, we are seeking permission once again to reduce these branches to achieve a 2-metre clearance from our house.Our neighbours at No 4 The Glebe are supportive of the application.
