T1 Beech; Observations - This is a large beech, located within the drive way of our clients residence. The beech is leaning towards the clients property, however the structure is fair. There is decay present at the previous reduction points. Recommendations - For maintenance purposes, we are recommending a crown reduction - reducing the height by 1.5 metres and reducing the spread by up to 3 metres. Thinning the canopy by 10%.
