Description

On sketch plan T1 is a sycamore tree growing within 2 meters of external wall of 4a The Croft. The tree branches are sweeping the roof and gutters in strong winds which is likely to cause damage. There is also growth between the wall and drainpipe which will cause damage as the tree grows. A chartered surveyor reports also suggests that future potential damage is likely to be caused to foundations as the tree further matures. Saplings seeded from this tree are also now growing approximately 4 feet from the wall and already about 6 feet tall. The tree needs to be felled in order to avoid future damaging property and additional saplings growing.Other trees on the site are labelled A-G
