Leylandii Hedging on Perimeter (shown as blue line along north side of property) Remove dead sections of leylandii and reduce height to 1.8 - 2 meters.Dead leylandii will be removed and replaced by Beech hedges in keeping with neighbouring property and as native to the UK that will not block light to neighbouring properties or grow excessively as the current leylandii hedge has. Remaining Leylandii will be removed and replaced in a phased approach by beech in coming years as part of maintenance, security and improvement of boundary. We believe this leylandii hedge to be outside of scope of the conservation area - just mentioning incase you have a view and to contextualise other works.Two Silver Birch Trees along Northern Perimeter (Grey markers on Blue line) 6 - Removal due to unstable angel along public footpath5 - Silver Birch reduce to 10m and thinned by 20%4 Leylanii to the west in back garden. 1,2,3,4 These have not been maintained over the years and are now overgrown, blocking light and causing disturbance to building, walls and pond. Request is to remove these entirely to protect property and increase light to garden and house. 9. Bay Tree to SW corner of garden. Overgrown and blocking light to ours and neighbouring property. Has not been managed for some years. We proposed this to be topped and thinned as part of good maintenance - Can we get a ruling as to whether this is covered or falls outside of conservation scope? Reduce to 3m7 & 8 Trees along Eastern Perimeter to be be topped and thinned as part of good maintenance, we are having potential dead branches inspected asap and these will be documented and made safe as necessary in line with guidance as they overhang public walkways. Reduce by 2 -2.5m
