Sycamore x 1 - fell to ground levelThis is a section 211 Conservation Area notification of our intention to remove the sycamore tree between the western flank wall of the property ?The Old Bakery?, 18 Nup End Lane and the roadway. Our reason for removing the tree is that it has damaged the boundary/retaining wall causing our clients to demolish it on the council?s instruction.As the tree has encroached onto the public land which hosts the roadway, they are unable to rebuild the wall within their legal curtilage with the tree in place and so it must now be removed.
