In August 2023, a survey of Stowe's Veteran and Notable trees was carried out by Bosky Trees. I am seeking 10 years consent to carry out the recommended management schedule. I have found a contractor who is vet. certified to undertake the work which is beyond the capability of National Trust staff. The work includes crown reductions, halo thinning, tip pruning, thinning, extended limb reductions and severing ivy. A document with the specification will be added to this application.
