Description

A previously neglected property with a self set copse covering the entire garden, near to the house the trees are generally in poor condition many have been ivy encroached or are over mature typically hawthorn and plum. For the purposes of the application we are intending on clearing the highlighted area, but in practice we are probably going to selective thin and remove low grade trees to create a more open environment around the house.To the rear of the property there is a new build estate which is in close proximity to this multi stemmed Crack Willow, the base of the tree is currently obscured but appears to have tight included unions, the neighbouring residence is now within falling distance of the tree, so a targeted reduction will be undertaken to ensure included codominant stems cannot fall on the neighbouring property under normal conditions. For the purposes of the application the reduction may result in a 1m ?pollard? but the client hopes to minimise any work necessary and retain screening.
