Application Details
Description
T1 Beech - Crown reduce the overall height and radial spread of the tree by 2 meters.2 - The tree is structurally compromised. There is a bifurcation forming two primary stems at ground level with a poorly formed union and included bark. There is a second bifurcation between major scaffold limbs at 1.8 meters again with a poorly formed union and included bark. These flaws make this tree unsuitable for longer term retention due to an increased risk of failure.T2 Pine - Remove tree. This tree is engulfed in heavy Ivy growth from ground up into upper crown with relatively small amount of foliage present beyond the Ivy. It is in poor condition and inclines toward a sub station and would be at significantly increased risk windthrow further to removal of T1.T3 Silver Birch. Crown reduce - Reducing tree height by around 3.5 meters and radial spread by around 1 meter. This tree is poorly formed as it has grown up and through the crown of T1. The proposed work will reshape and improve the form so that it can be retained further to removal of T1.
