Context:The property has a mature garden with lots of trees and vegetation present. The garden and the tree stock have the potential to be a lovely asset to the property, however, no work or management has been done in over 10 years. All works listed are health and safety related or promote the maintenance needed. T1 Juniper:Observations: This Juniper tree is in poor condition, and recently a large limb has fallen down.Recommended works: Fell to ground level.T2 Lawson Cypress:Observations: This tree is located very close to a listed barn. The tree is in poor form and is growing at an angle that risks the property situated close by (see image). Recommendations: At client request - fell to ground level.T3 Macrocarpa:Observations: This tree is very exposed and is in poor condition.Recommendations: Fell to ground level.T4 Portuguese Laurel:Observations: This Portuguese laurel tree is very overgrown and overdue maintenance.Recommendations: Crown lift to 2m. Trim around reducing by 1m. Tidy and maintain.T5 Ash:Observations: This large ash tree, situated in between buildings, is in need of some maintenance.Recommendations: Crown Reduction - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 3 metres. Remove deadwood. T6 Willow:Observations: This large willow tree has not had any form of maintenance in some time and the limbs are beginning to show signs of stress under the weight of the canopy. The tree has become very large for its location. Tree management will reduce the risk of limbs failing and promote good vitality for years to come. Recommendations: Make new Pollard @10 metres from ground level. T7 Apple:Observations: This apple tree is in good condition but requires some maintenance to improve its form and cosmetic balance/shape.
