Description
All trees are numbered in the attached tree survey and location planTree number 143 (Sycamore), felling as recommended in the tree report. Felling is recommended because: Has extensive decay at the base where roots were damaged in the past. It leans heavily, so it would fall into the pond, but that would be unpredictable and there is access to the shore beneath it when the water level is low.Tree number 152(Yew) - lift the crown 3 metres from ground level. This to stop branches trailing in the water and causing rot and to stop the low hanging branches being used to gain access to the culvert People holding onto these to access the steep bank. This work is limited and will only affect approx. 7 limbs.Tree number 167(Scots Pine), felling as recommended in the tree report. Felling is recommended because: Had sparse yellow foliage and has been declining gradually since before the 2010 survey, but its condition worsened considerably in the last year or so and is beyond any remedial work.
