T1 Cotoneaster. Remove tree because it has poor form and the group of boundary trees of which it forms a part but be improved by its removal and thereby giving more space to the adjacent trees. There are also problems caused by the overhang to neighbours drive space and shading. T2 & T3 Cotoneaster. Prune both to reduce height and spread by 1-2 meters in order to reduce overhang to neighbours drive and maintain trees as a smaller screen of growth between the two properties
