Description

Submission of details of the location, layout, scale, appearance and external materials of Bridleway GUN/28 Accommodation Green Overbridge (with the exception of bridge parapets) pursuant to Condition 10b of the High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) (Greatmoor Railway Sidings Etc) Order 2018 and the partial spatial submission of details of Conditions 5.1 (Ecology and Landscape Management Plan), 6 (Landscape Design), 10e (Design, External Appearance and Materials - Permanent boundary fencing, including Environmental Fencing (noise and light) or other means of enclosure) and 10g (Design, External Appearance and Materials - Hard Surfacing) in relation to the geographical extent of GUN/28 Bridleway Accommodation Green Overbridge together with proposed associated amendments to the Orders approved plans pursuant to Condition 13 High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) (Greatmoor Railway Sidings Etc) Order 2018.
