T13 - Liriodendron tulipifera (Tulip tree)Cavity on main trunk at 5 meters up, approximately 200mm across and450mm deep with acending decay, good reaction wood.At 10 meters up, main crown break of three main scaffolds, union oflimb to east slightly compressed union with some included bark. Slight?elephant ear? reactive growth.Historic cable bracing is of insufficient size and brace has failed onlowest lateral scaffold facing east. Major deadwood throughout crown.Multiple historic occluded and partially ocluded wounds on all scaffoldsthroughout crown.Tree has been historically heavily topped - resulting wounds up to300mm in diameter, extensive decay at wound point with up to 8meters length and 100 mm diameter regrowthRecommended work - reduce whole crown of tree by 2 to 4 meters toreduce leaver arm and wind sail forces to decay point of regrowthpreventing snap out or fall Ute of regrowth and to reduce wind sail andloading forces to main scaffold unions, install correct size bracing at 12meters up between larger vertical scaffold on west side to scaffold withcompressed union to south side.- T10 -Acer pseudoplatanus (Sycamore) Remove major deadwood and reduce overextended limbs on the lower crown by up to 1.5-2 meters, overhanging churchyard.
