Description

Crown reduction of 3 x mature Sycamore trees and felling of 1 x Sycamore situated at the left hand side of the rear garden of 45 Main St Mursley, MK17 0RT, which is in the Conservation Area of the village. The proposed tree to be felled is in close proximity to both 43 and 45 Main St and approx 3 metres from each dwelling. It also blocks out light to our neighbours (no. 43) upstairs bedroom. The crowning of the other trees is to reduce the height by 2-3 metres (approx 20 - 25% of current height) to the previous consented levels with as natural as possible undulating canopy. Consent was last granted about 6 years ago.
